Evanston, Ill. (Dec. 7, 2022) – Mather, an 81-year-old not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating Ways to Age WellSM, welcomes Yvonne Jung to its executive Possibilities Team as Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
In addition to day-to-day responsibilities for the development and execution of all elements of human resources policies and employee programs for Mather, Jung will also be a strategic
business partner working closely with Mather leadership. She will provide leadership to H.R. in further developing and strengthening talent acquisition, employee education and development, plus employee engagement, rewards and recognition. Jung will also serve as a catalyst for refreshing Mather culture initiatives, and will lead its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
initiatives.
